Pettifer Estates, after extensive negotiations with Warwick District Council and English
Heritage, has recently obtained planning permission for its landmark 275,000 sq ft
office campus at Stoneleigh Deer Park, near Kenilworth in Warwickshire.

The £60m scheme, set within 118 acres of parkland next to the River Avon, is one of only 2
Grade II* listed historic deer parks where development has been allowed in England.

In total, the scheme consists of 11 buildings to be constructed in 4 phases. Each unit will be
provided to a very full specification, with sizes ranging from 5,000 sq ft for single storey units up
to 150,000 sq ft with linked structures.

Development is now ready to commence, and joint letting agents for the scheme, KWB and
D&P Holt are in discussions with tenants in the research and automotive design sectors.

The combination of new construction and sensitive restoration of the features of the deer park
makes this a truly exciting scheme.
