In a joint venture between Pettifer Estates and Gallagher Estates, the derelict Potterton Foundry will undergo a major £60m regeneration and creation of new green space.

The majority of the 20-acre site has been sold to Gladedale Homes, who will build 200 houses, apartments and penthouses. In addition, up to 100 affordable homes will be provided through Warwick District Council who are also being given the former sports fields on the east of the river for recreational use.

Pettifer and Gallagher have retained a one acre, riverside site on Emscote Road for a 25,000 sq ft mixed use development. Negotiations are proceeding with a tenant for a letting of about half of this space.
