A £25m second phase expansion is planned for Holyhead Retail Park located on the strategic Penrhos junction of the A55 trunk road.

Proposals for additional 130,000 sq ft of retail space will include up to 65,000 sq ft allocated for major food store with Asda and Morrisons tipped to battle it out for the site. The remaining 60,000 sq ft of space is designated for non-food retail stores plus an area reserved for employment use.

The 60,000 sq ft first phase, also developed by Pettifer Estates, has attracted Wilkinsons, Peacocks, Brantano shoes, Carpet Right and New Look.
