Pettifer Estates' new 21,500 sq ft DIY store with 10,000 sq ft garden centre that has been constructed for Focus Do It All in Newport, Shropshire is now complete. The development was pre-let to Focus as part of their national expansion programme and was completed in July 2002.

Commenting, Andrew Stanley, retail surveyor for Pettifer Estates said "this £2.5m development is typical of a new range of medium sized DIY stores providing coverage in smaller market towns.

The completed development was pre-sold to investment group Faremist Limited, who are very pleased with the finished store.

This is the latest in a series of developments undertaken by The Pettifer Group for major retailers including B&Q, Comet, Sainsbury's, Safeway and IKEA.
