Pettifer Estates new office building at number
11 Elm Court, Stratford upon Avon has been let to a single tenant, Apex
Credit Management Limited, on a 15-year lease. The new tenant will be
paying a rent of £17 per sq ft, which is a record for office space
in the centre of town.
The 7,000 sq ft 3-storey building has comfort cooling, raised access floors and an 8 person lift. There are 17 parking spaces on site and the location also benefits from an adjacent multi-storey car park.
Pettifer Director, David MacMullen says " We decided to build this project speculatively as we believed there was demand for a really high specification building in the centre of Stratford. Although the letting market had softened we still achieved a letting quickly, justifying our faith in the location and our belief that a quality product will always be in demand. Apex is a successful company and occupying 11 Elm Court will allow them to expand their head office."
The resulting investment will be retained in Pettifer's investment portfolio. |
