Pettifer Estates has created a joint venture with D Lynch Construction to develop a premiere office park in Coventry.

The project will create 32,000 sq ft of quality office accommodation together with 120 car park spaces in a landscaped environment.

The site, the last available on Binley business park, is in close proximity to the A46, giving quick access to the motorway network (M1, M6, M40, M42, M69).
