After extensive negotiations with Warwick District Council and English Heritage, Pettifer Estates obtained planning permission for its landmark office campus.

Situated just a few minutes from the A46 and the centres of Coventry, Warwick and Leamington Spa, Abbey Park benefits from ideal and easy accessibility to the region's unrivalled road, rail and air network.

Abbey Park comprises a 40 acre development site which will deliver around 230,000 sq ft of high specification offices and over 1,000 car parking spaces in an ultra-low density setting in historic "listed" parkland, which itself is surrounded by hundreds of acres of protected Warwickshire countryside. 85,000 sq ft has already been let to global agricultural manufacturer, AGCO. More than 600 staff moved into their new European and Middle Eastern Headquarters and Training Centre in September 2006.

A second phase is planned to start on site in June 2007 for a 25,000 sq ft multi-tenanted office building. Strong interest is being shown to date. Further phases will be progressed towards the end of 2007 where it is possible to build flexible space ranging from 5,000 sq ft to 130,000 sq ft.
